I love spring. It starts getting warmer, and I can finally get out my way too big collection of maxi and midi skirts. With London being so sunny, what a good excuse to share some of my favourite looks from the high street.
For me, metallics will always be on trend. I love a good metallic. These River Island culottes, with a slight pink tone, are screaming Spring evening! Photo credit to River Island.
Carrying on our metallics is another item from River Island. This heels are simple and chic in a rose gold finish. Dress up almost any outfit with this stunning slim heel shoes. Photo credit to River Island.
Finishing our metallics is this gorgeous sequin jacket from Topshop. I will use any excuse to wear something sequin, and I certainly wouldn’t need many excuses for this statement piece. Photo credit to Topshop.
This isn’t so much a spring/summer trend but more, who doesn’t love unicorns! This print is very tasteful whilst still showing the fun side in you! I would 100% wear this to work then dress it up with some cute heels for an evening out. Photo credit to Topshop
Tulle skirts are timeless in my mind. This mint green skirt from H&M is a great pop of subtle colour for any Spring/Summer look. Pair with a cute jacket and fashion trainers for a comfortable and fashion forward style. Photo credit to H&M.
Another H&M look, this simple pleated, white, dress would look gorgeous on anyone this Summer. Stay clear of those BBQ sauces however in this one! Photo credit H&M.
My favourite of the 2017 trends is yellow. In the right shade, this colour automatically makes you feel happy and full of energy. I love pairing anything yellow with more muted colours to allow for a bit of contrast! Photo credit to New Look.
New Look are hitting the mark this year with this yellow, floral, kimono. A great lightweight cover up during the Summer months! Photo credit to New Look.
Finally, who can go wrong with a peg trouser? Topshop have these yellow peg trousers currently, offering a relaxed silhouette. They are calling out to my wallet! Photo credit to Topshop.
